Franchise Success Story
Wayne and Lisa
Halifax, Nova Scotia
Wayne and Lisa’s Heart to Home Meals story began when Lisa’s parents used the service at their home in Toronto. When the pair moved to Halifax in 2018, they quickly realized that a similar service didn’t exist. They began looking into a Heart to Home Meals franchise opportunity for their new community.
Both Wayne and Lisa were naturally entrepreneurial. A franchise opportunity offered the flexibility and reward of being a business owner as well as the training and support that comes from working with an established brand. Since joining Heart to Home Meals, they have had a successful grand opening and are continuously serving new clients in the Halifax area.
Heart to Home Meals has been fantastic! It’s obvious that they care about us, and they’ve built a business model that lets franchisees succeed without paying excessive fees or royalties. We know that whenever we have a question, Heart to Home Meals won’t hesitate to help us.
We constantly hear from clients that they really need and value this service. It’s a great feeling knowing we’re making a difference in someone’s life while building a profitable business, and we’re so happy we’ve made this decision to open a franchise. If you like helping people, this is the franchise for you!”
Tim
Milton, Ontario
Tim has always been a small business owner and has operated numerous franchises in different industries. He was searching for his next opportunity for more than two years before a friend introduced him to Heart to Home Meals in 2015.
Since then, Tim has built a consistent and high performing franchise. He credits this success to the strength and dedication of his team, the processes Heart to Home Meals has in place, and the flexibility he has to implement new ways of doing things.
Owning any business is hard work, but it’s made easier when you believe in what you’re doing and you can see the impact of your work on people’s lives. Heart to Home Meals is the single best alternative for seniors who want to continue to eat healthy, great tasting food at home.
Be prepared, come with empathy, and care about what you do, because this really is a unique business where you can be successful and do something meaningful.”
